Privacy Policy

Introduction
This Privacy Policy exclusively pertains to the Services, and it does not extend to information collected by us outside the Services or data collected by third parties. Additionally, it does not cover the information practices of third parties you might engage with outside of the Services or through applications or content (including advertisements) accessible via the Services.

Please carefully review this Privacy Policy to understand our data handling practices. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices and policies outlined herein. If any term in this Privacy Policy is unacceptable to you, please refrain from using the Services. This Privacy Policy may be subject to periodic updates, so please check it for revisions.

Note: AIGAS operates the Platform but does not provide medical services and is not a medical group. Telehealth consultations accessed through our Services are facilitated by independent medical provider groups, including but not limited to AIGAS Medical Group, P.A. (collectively, the “Medical Groups”), which collaborate with a network of healthcare providers, such as licensed therapists, nurse practitioners, and doctors (each, a “Provider”). The Medical Groups and all Providers are obligated by law to uphold the privacy of your health information in compliance with federal and state regulations. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Medical Group Notice of Privacy Practices, the latter shall take precedence.

If you disagree with our Privacy Policy or the Medical Group Notice of Privacy Practices, please refrain from using the Services.
