Virtual Mood And Anxiety Program For Young Adults Ages 18-23

Program Overview

At AIGAS, we introduce the Virtual Mood & Anxiety Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs tailored for young adults seeking short-term, intensive behavioral health treatment. Specifically designed for individuals whose symptoms significantly impact daily functioning, our programs provide a comprehensive approach to addressing mental health challenges.

In these programs, group therapy takes center stage as the primary treatment modality. Patients engage in shared experiences, normalize their struggles, receive peer feedback, and collectively practice effective coping skills. Augmenting these group sessions are ongoing psychiatric consultations, individual therapy, and if deemed necessary, family therapy. Our approach also incorporates experiential therapies like art therapy and relaxation therapy. Evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), are utilized in both group and individual settings to help individuals develop more effective coping skills.
