Virtual Mental Health Program For Adults – Ages 23+

Program Overview

At AIGAS, our Mental Health and Substance Use Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs cater to individuals aged 18 and above facing challenges with mental health symptoms and substance use. Grounded in evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI), our programs aim to guide individuals toward their treatment goals. We employ diverse treatment approaches, from harm reduction to abstinence and medication-assisted treatments, such as Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, based on individual needs. Our objective is to foster an understanding of the intricate relationship between mental health and substance use.

Participants engage in regular meetings with a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner, coupled with weekly sessions led by a master’s level clinician or Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CADC). Strongly encouraged are weekly family therapy sessions, and urine drug screen monitoring is a vital aspect of the program as recommended by the treatment team.
