Virtual Evening Program For Adults – Ages 23+

Program Overview

AIGAS Virtual understands the diverse needs of individuals seeking behavioral health treatment. Our Evening IOP Program runs from 3 PM to 8 PM CST on weekdays, catering to adults aged 18 and older. Additionally, AIGAS offers substance use treatment during these evening hours.

Group therapy takes center stage in our approach, providing a platform for individuals to share experiences, receive peer feedback, and develop effective coping skills together. This is complemented by regular psychiatric consultations, individual therapy, and if needed, family therapy.

Experiential therapies, such as art therapy or relaxation therapy, enrich the overall experience. Evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) are woven into both group and individual sessions.

Virtual Evening IOP Program Overview – Aigas

AIGAS Virtual’s Evening Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program serves adults aged 18 and older, offering short-term, comprehensive treatment from 5 PM to 8 PM CST. Geared towards those whose behavioral health symptoms significantly impact daily functioning, this program is especially convenient for individuals with daytime commitments. Substance use treatment is also available during these evening IOP hours.

Popular among participants, the Evening IOP allows access to advanced behavioral healthcare while accommodating work, school, or other daytime responsibilities. As with our other IOP programs, group therapy takes precedence, fostering normalization of experiences, peer feedback, and collaborative skill-building. Regular psychiatric consultations, individual therapy, and family therapy, along with experiential therapies like art therapy or relaxation therapy, contribute to a holistic treatment approach. Evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT are integral to fostering effective coping skills.
