Virtual Adolescent After School Program Ages 13-18

Program Overview

At AIGAS, we proudly introduce our Virtual After-School Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program, a specialized initiative aimed at assisting adolescents grappling with Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Designed to accommodate the unique needs of teenagers, this program enables participants to seamlessly integrate with their daily school routines while benefiting from evidence-based therapies. Our approach incorporates well-established therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). As an integral part of our commitment to individualized care, adolescents engage in family therapy sessions, involving one or more family members. This collaborative effort significantly enhances symptom management and contributes to achieving overarching treatment goals.
