Teen OCD & Anxiety Challenge: Ages 13-18

AIGAS’s OCD & Complex Anxiety Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs are designed to assist teenagers whose symptoms consistently disrupt their daily lives. The therapeutic approaches at AIGAS are centered around daily Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy and habit reversal training. These evidence-based therapies empower adolescents to tolerate distressing thoughts and physical sensations, allowing them to lead meaningful, values-based lives despite their anxiety. Group therapy sessions, daily meetings with an exposure therapist, and family therapy contribute to the individualized care model.
