AIGAS’s Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs for individuals 18 and older equip participants with the tools necessary for recovery and forward momentum, aligning with their values and goals. Grounded in evidence-based therapy modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), the AIGAS team establishes a secure environment for individuals to gain insight, develop sustainable coping mechanisms, and tap into their inherent strength and resilience. AIGAS emphasizes a strong foundation, ensuring individuals receive the necessary support for their ongoing journey beyond AIGAS.

What to Expect

What to Expect AIGAS’s multidisciplinary team crafts an individualized treatment plan for each patient:

Fresh Start Outpatient Program

Fresh Start Outpatient Program The Fresh Start Outpatient Program is designed for individuals completing AIGAS’s IOP programs, and transitioning to a lower level of care per the AIGAS psychiatrist’s recommendation. This program facilitates continued psychiatric medication management and virtual attendance in AIGAS-led outpatient group therapy sessions, providing a familiar setting for ongoing support and progress.
