AIGAS crafted the Mental Health & Substance Use Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs specifically for individuals aged 18-23, offering comprehensive support for those grappling with mental health symptoms and substance abuse challenges. Rooted in evidence-based practices, the curriculum integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI) to empower individuals in reaching their treatment objectives. The program employs a flexible approach, incorporating harm reduction, abstinence, and medication-assisted treatments (Suboxone, Vivitrol, Naltrexone) based on individual needs and concurrent mental health symptoms.
