OCD & Complex Anxiety Program

Program Overview

AIGAS’s OCD and complex Anxiety Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs cater to individuals aged 18-23, emphasizing daily Exposure and Response Prevention therapy (ERP). The core objective of ERP is to guide individuals in developing the ability to tolerate distressing thoughts or physical sensations rather than attempting to eliminate them, enabling them to lead meaningful, values-based lives despite their anxiety. In addition to ERP, our programs integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as skill-building in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Participants are actively encouraged to navigate anxiety in alignment with their values, showcasing the potential for a fulfilling life amid uncertainty or discomfort.
