Comprehensive Anxiety Program

Program Overview

AIGAS presents specialized OCD and complex Anxiety Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs for individuals aged 18 and above. These programs are founded on daily Exposure and Response Prevention therapy (ERP), aiming to empower participants to tolerate distressing thoughts or physical sensations. The focus is on embracing these challenges and fostering the pursuit of a meaningful, values-based life despite anxiety. In addition to ERP, AIGAS prioritizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and skill-building in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Participants are guided to navigate anxiety by aligning with personal values, highlighting the potential for a fulfilling life amid uncertainty or discomfort.
