Adolescent After School Program: Ages 13-18

Program Overview

AIGAS’s After-School Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program specializes in supporting teenagers dealing with Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Youngsters enrolled in this program maintain their regular school attendance during the day while benefiting from evening IOP sessions. AIGAS is dedicated to offering proven therapies to empower them with effective coping mechanisms, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In line with AIGAS’s personalized care approach, teens engage in family therapy sessions with one or more family members. This collaborative effort significantly enhances symptom management and helps achieve overall treatment objectives.
